Learning, Mentorship & Standards
You’ll work within a supportive structure of clinical guidelines, audit, and case reviews. We encourage continuous learning through bedside teaching, protocol updates, and peer feedback. Whether you’re performing scans, triaging, or counselling families, you’ll be backed by clear SOPs and senior oversight.
Tools, Safety & Collaboration
We take safety seriously: infection prevention, equipment care, documentation, and confidentiality are non-negotiables. Our clinicians, nurses, lab, and imaging teams collaborate closely to streamline investigations and treatment, ensuring patients spend less time waiting and more time healing
Growth & Flexibility
We offer flexible scheduling for locum/part-time shifts, shift-based remuneration, and opportunities to shape how our services evolve. If you enjoy ownership, professionalism, and practical problem-solving in a busy setting, you’ll feel at home here.
We’re practical, fast, and patient-first. Shifts are structured, handovers are disciplined, and everyone communicates clearly because minutes matter. Respect is the baseline: for patients, colleagues, and the community we serve.
New colleagues receive a structured orientation: clinic tour, SOPs, reporting style guide, handover format, and equipment walk-through. First week scans are paired with feedback; by week two you’ll be confident with our workflows and escalation rules.
Many of our patients travel far and budget carefully. Accurate, efficient imaging shortens their journey to treatment. Your professionalism makes healthcare more reachable for families in and around Mengo.

Counsel patients on exam preparation and after‑care; protect privacy & confidentiality.
Collaborate with medical, nursing, and lab teams for integrated patient care.
